Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Maintenance Technician to join a growing maintenance team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial conveyor belt systems to ensure reliable operation while minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous industrial maintenance or conveyor maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of conveyor belt systems to identify wear, damage, or mechanical issues
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems affecting conveyor performance
Repair, replace, and adjust conveyor components including belts, rollers, pulleys, motors, bearings, and related equipment
Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, belt alignment, tightening hardware, and replacing worn components
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and parts inventory documentation
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize production downtime
Collaborate with maintenance personnel, production staff, and equipment vendors to support efficient operations
Train and assist operators on proper conveyor operation, maintenance procedures, and safety practices
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance processes
Follow all company safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience maintaining conveyor systems in warehouse or production environments
Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance training or certification
Strong preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout the shift
Comfortable working around industrial machinery and moving equipment
Ability to safely use maintenance tools and wear required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment
Fast-paced maintenance department supporting production operations
Combination of scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
