Controller

This is a high-impact Controller opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader ready to step into a visible role. You’ll partner directly with the CFO to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to the accounting function following a major organizational reset. Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Own the monthly close process, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy
• 
  
• Lead job costing, cost accounting, and inventory accounting across the business
• 
  
• Develop and track KPIs, including debt service coverage ratios and operational metrics
• 
  
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for executive leadership
• 
  
• Oversee cost reporting and margin analysis to support operational decision-making
• 
  
• Manage and develop a team of approximately five accounting staff
• 
  
• Maintain and optimize accounting processes
• 
  

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 
  
• Prior experience managing or leading an accounting team
• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
•
