Controller

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller to join our team in San Francisco with pay starting at 140K. As the Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial activities of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all financial accounting activities
• Prepare financial reports and analysis
• Monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate and communicate with external auditors
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
