We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller to join our team in San Francisco with pay starting at 140K. As the Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial activities of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all financial accounting activities
Prepare financial reports and analysis
Monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Coordinate and communicate with external auditors
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
