What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required. MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of executive level accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

*This is a fully on-site role located in our Mooresville, NC facility.
