Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• 
  
• Analyze business performance, pricing, costs, and financial opportunities while connecting accounting results to broader business objectives.
• 
  
• Partner with the CFO and leadership team on business cases, budgeting, forecasting, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• 
  
• Support continued growth of the organization, including opportunities to expand responsibilities into the dealership side of the business.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally including Controller or accounting leadership experience.
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. CPA is a plus.
• 
  
• Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to think beyond traditional accounting and understand the bigger picture.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills required; Power Query and SQL experience are a plus.
• 
  
• Experience with E-Automate, ConnectWise, LeaseWave, or similar ERP/business systems is preferred.
•
