We invite you to be part of our company, where you can grow your career and serve with your heart. Candidates with Healthcare Experience Only In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Controller .Work Location: Bradenton, FL JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingDevelop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulationsPrepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and auditsManage the cash flow and treasury functions of the organizationMonitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvementCollaborate with departmental managers to develop and monitor budgets and financial plansConduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracySupport the goals and mission of MCR HealthAdhere to the safety policies and procedures of MCR HealthPerform month-end close Perform other duties as assigned
