Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of progressive experience with hands-on troubleshooting and support for Windows (Win10/Win11/Win11IoT) systems
• Experience in Biotech or Biopharma as it relates to scientific instrumentation/vendors, software applications, and systems
• Experience working with scientific instruments, plate readers, mass specs, liquid handlers, gene sequencers, purification systems, imaging instruments (In-Cells, Microscopes, Bia-Core, etc.)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with endpoint management software such as Altiris and Simple Help
• Familiarity with Imprivata or other Single Sign-On platforms
• Scripting experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Onboard new PCs and workstations to requested specifications, integrate the hardware, install and configure the operating software, and ensure visibility to the network in accordance with standards and security guidelines
• Manage and execute lab equipment integration and ensure compliant processes are applied to satisfy business needs
• Provide business analysis and technical expertise for the planning and definition of requirements, implementation, and delivery phases of lab-related IT projects
