Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and oversee financial reporting
• Manage wholesale accounts receivable, retailer deductions, remittance reconciliations, and collections activities
• Oversee accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and payment processes
• Direct inventory accounting, COGS reporting, reconciliations, and physical inventory controls
• Serve as the accounting lead for ERP systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Manage accounting staff and support audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of accounting experience within wholesale apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, or similar inventory-driven industries
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience with ownership of the full month-end close process
• Strong experience with inventory accounting, wholesale AR, retailer deductions, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and advanced Excel
