Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll, and banking activities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Oversee tax compliance, filings, payments, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Support budgeting, business planning, cost analysis, and strategic projects alongside company leadership.
- Collaborate with global teams on product costing, reporting, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Previous Controller experience in a small or lean accounting environment, or a Senior Accountant ready to step into a Controller role.
- Ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with international or global business partners is a plus.
