Description

Are you ready for an exciting adventure? Leidos is seeking a remote Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) team in support of the United States Antarctic Program (USAP). The planning and implementation of science support requirements in Antarctica is a critical part of our mission, and every team member plays a crucial role.

US Citizenship is required and MUST be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Due to contract requirements, failure to meet these requirements will result in withdrawal of employment offer or other employment action. Process could take up to four months.

The Control Account Manager is responsible for cost control and change management.

Your Main Objective

  • Determine, monitor, and review all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.

  • Develop, track, and update program baselines including tracking actual costs against the baseline, developing and managing overall program EAC.

  • Responsible for cost control within assigned WBSs, including variance analysis, reporting and accurate forecasting.

  • Track spending and financial execution, identify financial errors, and communicate issues to program management.

  • Partner with program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems to ensure successful execution of service area.

  • Coordinate with technical management to identify areas of cost savings and improvements.

  • Attend status review meetings with program team members.

  • Effectively communicate with operational and technical team members and manage assignment progress to meet deadlines.

  • Develop and enhance change management processes and procedures, including updating SOPs, training program staff, and managing change submittals.

What Sets You Apart

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Financial or program management experience on government contracts.

  • Experience with FFP and cost reimbursable contracts.

  • Prior EVM or PMP training.

  • Have general knowledge of Project Management techniques.

  • Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
