Construction Contract Administrator / ParalegalJOB DESCRIPTION Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Fort Myer Construction Corporation (FMCC) is one of the most established and respected heavy-civil contractors in the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 1972 and built from humble beginnings into an ENR Top 400 contractor, we have spent more than fifty years building and maintaining the infrastructure that the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia rely on every day - streets, highways, bridges, streetscapes, utilities, and electrical systems. We operate the only two asphalt plants in the District and provide design-build delivery, 24/7 emergency response, and winter weather services for the region's departments of transportation. As a proud Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with a skilled, union-backed workforce of roughly 900 people, FMCC is experiencing tremendous growth - and our Legal department is growing with it. We offer a robust benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage in many cases, free on-site parking, and a fast-paced, team-focused environment where your work directly shapes the region's future. If you take pride in hard work, value family and loyalty, and want your contributions to be seen and rewarded, FMCC is the place for you.
