Our client, a well-known restaurant & hospitality chain, is looking for a Contracts Paralegal. This is a remote role (candidate must be located in Atlanta) and a 6-month contract role.
Responsibilities:
Supplier review; preparation, review and revisions of certain supplier contracts and amendments/addenda
Preparation of contract extensions and terminations
Systems and process improvement and support
Contract research and validation
Providing additional contract support to Legal Department.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with DocuSign or comprehensive CLM system
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Prior experience drafting and revising contracts (either in a law firm or business setting) with some degree of autonomy
Prior experience with contract management
Ability to identify, assess and manage risks
Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects and relationships in a growth environment
Ability to facilitate execution of solutions
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with adaptability to learn new systems
Desire to constantly innovate around processes and technology to drive efficiencies
