LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Austin area seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Compliance Coordinator to support contract administration, compliance initiatives, and customer agreement management. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in contracts, procurement, legal operations, compliance, or government contracting.
What You'll Do
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance documentation
Track customer agreements and ensure timely renewals
Support contract prequalification and submission activities
Maintain accurate contract records and master data across systems
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Proposal teams
Monitor compliance with government procurement and purchasing requirements
Assist with contract review processes and vendor compliance activities
What You'll Bring
3+ years of contract administration, compliance, procurement, legal operations, or related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with contract management systems (preferred)
Knowledge of government contracting, procurement, or compliance processes is a plus
