Join a fast-growing legal team supporting corporate and resort operations! Were looking for a self-starter with B2B contracting experience who can draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements independently.
What Youll Do
Draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements across IT, sales, marketing, HR, vendor, and finance contracts
Support the full contract lifecycle management process
Provide legal guidance on liability, indemnities, reps & warranties, data privacy, and other key terms
Participate in vendor or third-party calls, leading discussions on legal terms when appropriate
Escalate complex issues to General Counsel or Sr. Contracts Manager
Drive process improvements and contribute to CLM system implementation
What You Bring
3+ years B2B commercial contracting experience (government contracting alone is not sufficient)
Strong judgment, business acumen, and ability to work independently
Deep understanding of boilerplate provisions, risk assessment, and legal terms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CLM systems or document management platforms
