Salary: $65k-$75k, depending on experience

Join a fast-growing legal team supporting corporate and resort operations! We’re looking for a self-starter with B2B contracting experience who can draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements independently.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements across IT, sales, marketing, HR, vendor, and finance contracts
• Support the full contract lifecycle management process 
• Provide legal guidance on liability, indemnities, reps & warranties, data privacy, and other key terms
• Participate in vendor or third-party calls, leading discussions on legal terms when appropriate
• Escalate complex issues to General Counsel or Sr. Contracts Manager
• Drive process improvements and contribute to CLM system implementation

What You Bring

• 3+ years B2B commercial contracting experience (government contracting alone is not sufficient)
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of boilerplate provisions, risk assessment, and legal terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CLM systems or document management platforms
