Overview
A prominent professional services organization is seeking a Contract Administrator for additional supporte. This role is heavily focused on reviewing, redlining, and managing vendor and client agreements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong contract redlining experience who is comfortable working across multiple agreement types and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Review, redline, and process vendor contracts and client agreements
Manage contract workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Track and maintain the status of all active agreements
Process contracts for vendors and independent contractors, coordinating with internal and external partners as needed
Review third-party agreements and align them with internal templates and standards
Identify potential risks in contract language and escalate appropriately to internal stakeholders
Role Breakdown
Majority focus on vendor contracts and client agreements
High volume of standard commercial agreements (services, vendor, and client-facing)
Limited exposure to grants; this is not a grant-heavy role
Strong emphasis on contract review and redlining (not negotiation)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of contract administration experience with a focus on redlining
Experience working with vendor and/or client-facing agreements required
Strong understanding of contract structure, terms, and risk considerations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience working with PDFs and contract templates
Additional Details
Equipment will be provided
Candidates should be comfortable reviewing contracts, identifying risk, and supporting internal decision-making (no negotiation responsibilities)
