In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of contractor personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating various operational aspects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining service quality across IT operations and specialized technical services, while also supporting emergency operations and business continuity.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience managing IT staffing, professional services, or technology support contracts.
5 years of experience managing multi-role technical teams in enterprise IT operations.
Experience with Task Order-based or staff augmentation contracts.
Knowledge of IT operations environments, including help desk, network, server, enterprise applications, database, cybersecurity, GIS, and infrastructure support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be based in Louisiana by contract start and available for regular onsite presence.
Preferences
Experience serving as a client-facing contract manager for public-sector or critical infrastructure clients.
Ability to coordinate emergency support and business continuity staffing.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
