LHH is partnering with a globally recognized leader in immigration services, to identify an experienced Contract Attorney to support a high-volume business immigration practice in San Francisco.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong employment-based immigration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a busy caseload with a collaborative, client-focused team.
Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters from initiation through filing and adjudication
Prepare and review a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, Immigrant Visa (IV) matters and Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) matters
Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, case status, and procedural requirements
Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings
Qualifications
Active bar license in good standing (any U.S. state)
Prior business immigration experience required
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco two days per week
