Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: $60-80/hour, DOE

LHH is partnering with a globally recognized leader in immigration services, to identify an experienced Contract Attorney to support a high-volume business immigration practice in San Francisco.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong employment-based immigration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a busy caseload with a collaborative, client-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters from initiation through filing and adjudication

  • Prepare and review a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, Immigrant Visa (IV) matters and Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) matters

  • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, case status, and procedural requirements

  • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings

Qualifications

  • Active bar license in good standing (any U.S. state)

  • Prior business immigration experience required

  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco two days per week
