Bachelor''s degree in business or related field, required, or a bachelor''s degree with relevant experience in contract compliance, Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, contract management, or compliance monitoring, Knowledge of federal reporting requirements and restrictions (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred, Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Paralegal designation or experience working in a law firm a plus.

    Position Summary

    The role of the Contract and Grant Manager is to review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants during award and post award to ensure the company is fulfilling its contractual obligations. Works collaboratively across departments to meet project deliverables through ongoing monitoring and stewardship, including compiling, writing, and submitting reports and other information requested by stakeholders.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Provide guidance on contract policies, procedures or compliance matters affecting the company,
    • Participate in proposal planning and administration of new and current contracts/grants,
    • Facilitate and track contract and grant approval documents through the acceptance and signature process,
    • Track post-contract/award activity and tasks including data gathering, reporting, and deliverable requirements and audits,

    • Collaborate with Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) team to ensure that organizational policies and procedures reflect contractual requirements,
    • Prepare, review, and approve Collaborative Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements,
    • Facility Leases, and other legal documents as needed for AMIkids and AMIkids Programs,
    • May travel or drive for work related purposes,
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Education, Training, and Experience

    • Bachelor''s degree in business or related field, required, or a bachelor''s degree with relevant experience in contract compliance,
    • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, contract management, or compliance monitoring,
    • Knowledge of federal reporting requirements and restrictions (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred,
