    Description

We"re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to execute and optimize the content programs that power Amazon Supply Chain Services sales cycles and commercial motions across our multi-service logistics portfolio. You"ll manage key components of the content ecosystem - from production through distribution - and support the customer reference program that turns proof points into pipeline acceleration.

This is a high-impact role for a builder who connects commercial priorities to content execution. You"ll operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer insights, translating strategy into action by developing single-service and multi-service customer-facing materials across the full sales lifecycle. You"ll also support the mechanisms that capture, validate, and deploy customer success stories as scalable sales assets. A core thread across this role is applying AI tools to accelerate content production and surface insights - while maintaining quality and governance standards.

This role is open for the Bellevue/Seattle location. This organization collectively represents some of the most critical components of Amazon"s first-class supply chain network.

    Key job responsibilities

    Content Execution & Program Management

    • Execute the content roadmap aligned to commercial goals across Amazon Shipping, Freight, Air Cargo, and adjacent service lines; track success metrics and flag gaps to leadership
    • Manage content production end-to-end: collateral development, lifecycle management, engagement tracking, and performance reporting to inform investment decisions
    • Create case studies, blog posts, and testimonials that generate awareness, establish credibility, and support pipeline progression
    • Apply content frameworks, taxonomies, and standards to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand voice across service lines

    A day in the life

Morning: Review content performance dashboards - flag gaps, draft refresh plans from recent customer wins. Sync with Product Marketing and Enablement to align deliverables against pipeline priorities.

Afternoon: Capture a new reference story, draft the case study outline, route through approvals. Use AI tools to generate first drafts of blog posts and localized collateral.

End of day: Pull together a weekly status update - what shipped, what"s in flight, where you need support.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
