We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join a busy team supporting consumer promotions and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, call centers, warehouse operations, or order processing.

Responsibilities

• Open and process incoming promotional submissions
• Review receipts and supporting documentation for compliance
• Count and verify promotional materials
• Enter cases and information into internal systems
• Process and review orders
• Place orders for promotional products
• Communicate with consumers via email
• Support warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing data entry and administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
