Construction Superintendent
Location: Raleigh, NC
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family residential projects from start to finish. You'll lead site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for multifamily residential projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Maintain communication with project managers, and stakeholders
- Proactively solve on-site issues to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
