Construction Superintendent

Job Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee full lifecycle of site execution from preconstruction planning through closeout
- Partner closely with Project Managers to align schedule, cost, and field strategy
- Lead subcontractor coordination and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Champion jobsite safety and enforce best practices across all crews
- Track progress against milestones and adjust sequencing as needed
- Maintain clear communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of field processes and standards

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
- 5-10+ years in a Superintendent or lead field role
- Experience across commercial sectors such as office, education, or industrial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex jobsite activity
- Proven leadership style that drives accountability and team performance
- Comfortable working in a collaborative leadership structure
- Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Flexible to travel within the region when required
