    ServiceMaster Restoration Services is a leader in property restoration and construction services, helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects throughout the Greater Atlanta area.

    Position Summary

    The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from mitigation handoff through final completion. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, customer communication, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
    • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
    • Review project documentation, scopes, and site conditions
    • Coordinate all construction trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical
    • Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safety
    • Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners
    Estimating & Cost Control

    • Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate or similar software
    • Manage supplements and change orders
    • Track labor, material, and subcontractor costs
    • Maintain project budgets and profitability goals
    Customer & Vendor Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
    • Communicate project timelines, updates, and scope changes
    • Coordinate with homeowners, commercial property owners, and insurance representatives
    • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and final walk-throughs
    Subcontractor Management

    • Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors
    • Coordinate material orders and deliveries
    • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules
    • Address performance or scheduling issues when necessary
    Qualifications

    Required

    • 3+ years of construction project management experience
    • Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
    • Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Valid driver's license
    Preferred

    • Restoration or insurance-related construction experience
    • Knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements
    • IICRC certifications
