Job Title:  Construction Project Engineer 2
Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range:  $70/hr to $75/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 years of construction project engineering, field engineering, project coordination, or project management experience.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Understanding of construction documents, specifications, RFI processes, and submittals.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning, and turnover processes.
• Experience working with General Contractors or Owner's Representative teams.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Client Project, Procore, BIM 360, or similar construction management platforms.
• Proficiency with Client Office Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting data center or mission-critical facility construction.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning, and turnover processes.
• Experience working with General Contractors or Owner's Representative teams.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Client Project, Procore, BIM 360, or similar construction management platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Construction Managers with day-to-day project execution activities.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Monitor construction progress against project milestones.
• Assist with schedule reviews and identify potential risks or delays.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, NCRs, punch lists, turnover documents, and meeting minutes.
• Perform routine field walks with project teams.
• Support quality inspections and punch list management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
