Bring your construction administration expertise to a fully onsite, fast-paced environment where your organization directly keeps major projects moving across the country. This Construction Office Manager opportunity supports PMs, superintendents, accounting, and company leadership by building reliable systems for documents, compliance, purchasing, and day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Office Manager position include:
- 3+ years of construction office/administrative experience required
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including mail/deliveries, phone routing, vendor relationships, and organized electronic/physical filing
- Support project teams with subcontract administration, including tracking unsigned/incomplete/expired documents and maintaining subcontract logs
- Handle purchase order administration, including preparing/issuing POs, maintaining a PO log, and supporting invoice/PO matching with accounting
- Track certified payroll requirements and coordinate submission needs for prevailing wage reporting projects
- Maintain compliance documentation including insurance certificates, bonds, W-9s, licenses, and government-required forms
- Manage fleet and equipment records for approximately 35 vehicles and 25 pieces of heavy equipment, including maintenance and compliance tracking
- Provide project administration support such as maintaining project files, assisting with RFIs/submittals and change-order documentation, and supporting closeout organization
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: 401(k) match, 2 weeks PTO increasing to 4 weeks, and health insurance stipend.
