Construction Manager - Healthcare and Energy Construction - Charleston will be responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations leadership to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, project stakeholders, and field personnel.
  • Support projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, data centers, and commercial facilities.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure work meets contract specifications and customer expectations.
  • Drive project execution within active and occupied environments, particularly healthcare facilities when applicable.

Construction Manager - Healthcare and Energy Construction - Charleston should have:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
  • Experience as a Superintendent, Field Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar field leadership role.
  • Active healthcare or hospital construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with education or higher education project experience will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Trade background with strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of project stability and career progression; frequent job changes are not preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
