Pay Rate: $95 per hour ++, depending on experience
Schedule: On-site at multiple project locations. The schedule may require up to 56 hours per week, although overtime needs may vary.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation phase of large-scale data center projects in the Frederick, Maryland area.
This role will focus heavily on managing low-voltage subcontractors, installation schedules, project costs, quality, safety, and compliance with contract requirements. The Construction Manager will work closely with the Lead Project Manager, clients, general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and internal operations personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and under budget.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and hands-on experience with low-voltage construction and installation are important qualifications for this position.
