Job Description

Lead commercial construction and energy infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, and internal operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety initiatives. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes and support field execution activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project performance and operational excellence. Drive project outcomes that meet contractual obligations, client expectations, and company objectives. Support construction activities across healthcare, education, manufacturing, hospitality, and other commercial sectors.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
Proven experience managing or supporting commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and project execution.
Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Preferred Experience:

Healthcare or active hospital project experience.
Experience within higher education or educational facility construction.
Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) project experience.
Background in a skilled trade with exposure to construction management responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
