Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

 Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs
 Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information 
 Develop risk assessments
 Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following:

 5-10 years of experience estimating projects in retail and/or hospitality
 Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
 Must have integrity
 

 

Salary Range: $90-120K
