Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Austin. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
• Review and evaluate project plans and specifications
• Prepare detailed material and labor estimates
• Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
