Construction Contracts Manager

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Construction Contracts Manager with a global logistics company in Seattle. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial agreements, purchase orders, and contractor relationships throughout the lifecycle of major infrastructure and industrial projects. The position partners closely with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to manage contract execution, change orders, claims, risk mitigation, and contractor performance while protecting the company’s commercial interests. The role requires significant experience with large-scale capital projects, contract administration, procurement, and risk management, along with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and compliance expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Law, Business Administration, Engineering or related

• Advanced degree or certification (MBA, PMP, Certified Contract Manager or equivalent
• 
  
• 5-10 years progressive experience
• 
  
• Proven track record managing complex agreements exceeding USD 100M
• 
  
• Demonstrated success administering projects from development and permitting through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• 
  
  

  Salary: $125-145k
