Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Federal
HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Seattle office and play a key leadership role in expanding HITT’s presence into the Federal Government construction market throughout the Pacific Northwest.
This is more than a traditional project leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can help establish and grow HITT’s federal portfolio, identify new opportunities and ventures within the sector, build relationships with key government and industry partners, and provide the operational leadership necessary to successfully pursue and execute complex federal work.
The position will focus on Federal Government and Department of Defense construction, with an emphasis on projects ranging from approximately $50M–$300M+.
The ideal candidate will bring significant federal construction experience and established knowledge of DoD, NAVFAC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Naval Base Kitsap/Bremerton, and other federal agencies and installations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, section RCW 49.58.110, the base salary range for this position is:
Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
