Handle construction litigation matters, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategies.
Support a range of commercial and general civil litigation cases as needed.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality written work product, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
Manage assigned matters independently while collaborating effectively with partners and team members.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
Requirements/Education:
57 years of general civil litigation experience required.
Construction litigation experience preferred.
Commercial litigation experience preferred.
Excellent academic credentials required.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida required.
