Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking talented Construction Administrative Assistants for three exciting opportunities in California. Our clients, located in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Fountain Valley, are looking for candidates with a background in construction administration to join their teams. These roles require individuals who are proficient with technology and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth operations across various projects.
• Utilize computer systems effectively, running 2-3 programs concurrently and working with dual monitors.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organize and manage detailed project documentation and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to use multiple programs efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

These positions offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $25 to $28 per hour, based on the specific company and role.

Additional Details

Max Pay is $28. Min Pay is $25.
