Consolidations Manager


CFS is partnering with a global manufacturing and technology organization to identify a Consolidations Manager for its corporate accounting team. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a global company and play a key role in the consolidation and financial reporting process.


Location: Northborough, MA 01532
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base salary plus bonus


The Consolidations Manager will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple domestic and international entities. This role will partner closely with corporate accounting, finance, FP&A, and international teams.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the global consolidation process for multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.

  • Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation entries.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.

  • Assist with external audits and coordinate with auditors on consolidation-related matters.

  • Partner with global finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting controls.

  • Support special projects, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives as needed.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidation experience.

  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization is required.

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

  • Experience with ERP systems and consolidation software.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
