Consolidations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and support the global financial consolidation process across multiple reporting entities
- Review reporting submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries
- Manage foreign currency translation and intercompany accounting activities
- Assist with the integration of newly acquired entities
- Improve consolidation processes, reporting tools, and data quality
- Partner closely with global accounting teams and cross-functional finance partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed
Consolidations Manager Qualifications
- 6+ years of consolidations, financial reporting, or corporate accounting experience
- Experience in a global or multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of foreign currency translation, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (Planful, Oracle, OneStream, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing experience, CPA, and/or Master's degree are a plus
