Primary Responsibilities of the Accounting Consolidations Manager:

• 
  
• Oversee the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• 
  
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
• 
  
• Manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls throughout the consolidation process.
• 
  
• Partner with regional finance teams to resolve consolidation issues and ensure proper reporting alignment.
• 
  
• Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
• 
  
• Support external audit requirements related to consolidated financial statements.
• 
  
• Assist with integration of acquisitions into the consolidation process.
• 
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting.
• 
  
• Lead and develop staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• 
  

Preferred Experience for the Accounting Consolidations Manager:

• 
  
• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting.
• 
  
• CPA preferred.
• 
  
• 6+ years relevant experience, including consolidations experience in a public company or public accounting firm.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
• 
  
• Experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 
  

$135,000-$150,000 + bonus
