Help Advance Clinical Research

Join ICON Central Laboratories and play a key role in supporting clinical trials that help bring innovative treatments to patients worldwide. As a Configuration & QC Specialist I, you'll help configure and validate clinical trial laboratory databases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: This position may be hybrid, fully remote, or office-based depending on the selected candidate's location and business needs. Eastern Time Zone (EST) candidates are preferred.

What you will be doing

• Support the configuration and setup of clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS).
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve configuration discrepancies.
• Partner with Project Managers, Setup Specialists, and Scientific Affairs teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in configuration, quality control, quality assurance, or data management.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with validation, documentation, and quality processes.
