WHAT YOU'LL DOOrganize and maintain program assets, including reports, briefings, engineering drawings, and technical documentationManage the intake, routing, tracking, and archival of MDA development dataServe as the lead administrator for the program's Integrated Data Environment (IDE), managing MDA SharePoint sites and shared data repositoriesFacilitate major program reviews by coordinating logistics, compiling briefing decks, tracking objective evidence, and recording action itemsOversee the end-to-end Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) lifecycle, including receipt, tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional distributionSupport prime contractor Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities by logging change requests, preparing supporting data packages, and documenting meeting minutes and action itemsMaintain the Lessons Learned database, overseeing the drafting, coordination, archival, and distribution of findings across government and industry stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree and 7+ years of data/configuration management experience supporting missile defense or large-scale, complex DoD programsActive DoD security clearance, which requires U.S. CitizenshipProven background establishing and maintaining strict configuration-controlled environmentsAbility to review systems engineering documentation to verify accuracy and alignment with program specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering structured, audience-tailored presentations and reportsSome travel is required.
