Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Configuration Analyst for their Waterloo, IA location.

Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and audit product structures, configuration rules and related data.
- Implement engineering requirements, standards, and product changes within SAP, Windchill, iPPE, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues impacting product builds.
- Support engineering change management processes and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement product requirements.
- Provide guidance and training on configuration tools, processes, and best practices.
- Participate in global initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of product configuration, BOMs, specifications, and engineering data management processes.
- Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and workflow tools.
- Understanding of engineering change management processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience with SAP, PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, iPPE, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of variant configuration.
- Familiarity with cProjects, PPM, and workflow management tools.
- Agricultural product knowledge.
- Experience with process improvement and global collaboration.
