Concierge / Membership-Based Primary Care Physician

Overview

An established, physician-led concierge medical practice is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its collaborative, relationship-focused care model in San Francisco, CA. This practice emphasizes high-touch, personalized, and longitudinal care, allowing physicians to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering evidence-based medicine.

Physicians work within a highly coordinated, team-based environment, partnering with clinical staff and specialists to proactively manage patient health and well-being.

  • Dedicated support team including a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships

  • Lead and collaborate with a dedicated care team

Qualifications

Education & Training:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Residency completed in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience
  • Background in longitudinal primary care preferred
  • Experience in academic or multidisciplinary settings is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with EHR systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model
