Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Concierge Lead to join the VIP Guest Services team. The Concierge Lead will manage the end-to-end trip planning process for a select group of high-profile guests, creating highly customized, once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and create customized small-group and private travel experiences.
- Source luxury homes, accommodations, experiences, and travel services.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Concierge Specialists.
- Build trusted relationships with VIP guests and understand their personal travel preferences.
- Create bespoke itineraries aligned with guest expectations and company goals.
- Manage trip arrangements from initial inquiry through booking, travel, and post-trip follow-up.
- Coordinate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury homeowners, realtors, and travel suppliers.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and confidential guest services.
- Handle last-minute changes, travel issues, and emergencies.
- Establish relationships with luxury travel and experience vendors.
- Negotiate favourable rates, services, and amenities while maintaining guest budgets.
- Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals.
- 10+ years of luxury travel experience preferred.
- Proven experience designing and selling tailor-made or bespoke itineraries.
- Experience with small-group and private travel.
- Strong global travel destination knowledge.
- Experience working with discerning or high-profile clientele.
- 5+ years of team management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Professional demeanor, maturity, and strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
