    Make a difference in your community. ECLARO is looking for a Computer Support Specialists for our client in Albany, NY.

    Position Overview:
    • Position entails receiving calls and correspondence from other Clients and record next steps and outcomes regarding complaints.
    • Must have data entry skills and be able to monitor reports in the complaint database.
    • Job also includes conducting safety checks on reported allegations of abuse.

    Responsibilities:
    • Independently navigate Clients to complete both complaint and safety check job duties.
    • Independently navigate Client Contact Center to receive contacts to Customer Relations.
    • Create, enter, modify, and update complaints into database.
    • Monitor complaint database for timely and quality complaint response.
    • Client complaint staff with troubleshooting complaints in the system.
    • Assist providers (users) with troubleshooting safety checks.
    • Monitor and coordinate with providers to ensure safety check contacts are correctly entered.
    • Provide technical assistance to users.
    • Re-entering data for incidents and running reports from the menu.
