How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead continuous survey readiness by designing and overseeing proactive initiatives that ensure the team is always prepared to meet highest quality regulatory standards.

  • Translate complex regulatory changes into clear, actionable insights across all patient care and ancillary departments, keeping clinical teams informed and compliant.

  • Drive innovative implementation strategies for new standards, ensuring organizational readiness at every level without disrupting daily patient care.

  • Guide corrective action plans and monitor performance when gaps are identified, turning compliance challenges into opportunities for process improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify best practices and streamline survey preparation, reducing administrative burden on staff.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist preferred.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist preferred.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
