HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEThe Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring CK Supply operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the storage, transportation, distribution, and handling of compressed gases, dry ice, and related products. This position oversees regulatory compliance programs, maintains required documentation, conducts audits, and works closely with management to promote a culture of safety and regulatory excellence. CK SUPPLY CORE VALUES: Please read slowly these are non-negotiables and we are going to ask you about them in the interview! Driven - Hardworking, Dedicated, Dependable, Desire to be the BestPassionate - Positive Attitude, Appearance, Pride, Love What We DoPeople-Oriented - Honest, Respectful, Trust-Worthy, Integrity Solutions-Focused - Knowledgeable, Creative, Problem-Solvers PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure company compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to:S Department of Transportation (DOT)Food and Drug Administration (FDA)National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)OSHACompressed Gas Association (CGA)Special permittingState and local agenciesMonitor changes in regulatory requirements and insurance compliance, and communicate updates to the management teamDevelop, maintain, update, communicate, and train company compliance policies, procedures, and programsCoordinate regulatory inspections and serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agenciesMaintain compliance records, permits, licenses, and required documentationPerform internal compliance audits and inspections of company facilities and operationsMaintain accurate records of inspections, audits, training, and regulatory documentation Work with Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Warehouse personnel to ensure regulatory governance across all departments Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements, including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitorsAdhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and wordsOther duties, as assigned, within the job classification and business QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in trucking, industrial gases, manufacturing, or chemical distribution Working knowledge of:DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR)FDA regulations applicable to medical gasesNFPA Codes & StandardsOSHA regulationsState regulatory requirementsStrong organization and time management skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to walk in a warehouse, fill plant, and distribution facilitiesAbility to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to sit and stand for extended periods of time  WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HEREHeadquartered in St. Louis, MO, CK Supply Inc. has been the definitive source for metalworking and gas related technologies for over 75 years.
