Join a fast-paced and high-impact environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness across a dynamic network of airport locations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership, helping to safeguard business continuity and support expansion efforts.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 - $100430

What you'll bring

  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks with the ability to analyze compliance requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in unionized environments
  • Administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and urgency in high- volume or deadline-driven settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or compliance tracking systems to manage and report critical data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and clear communication style

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Related Experience: 2 years
