Role Summary:
The RCM Operational Readiness Support Analyst supports the design, documentation, and implementation of Regulatory Change Management (RCM) operating processes to ensure readiness for business as usual (BAU) execution. This role plays a critical part in operational readiness activities associated with governance, documentation, training, platform onboarding, go live, and post go live stabilization of RCM processes and tools.
The role focuses on drafting RCM documentation—including policies, procedures, operating models, training materials, and supporting artifacts—while also assisting with readiness assessments, change enablement, and transition from project delivery to BAU operations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in regulatory change, compliance operations, and governance frameworks, with the ability to translate regulatory, program, and operating model requirements into practical, auditable, and executable documentation.
This role partners closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to ensure RCM processes, platforms, and governance structures are clearly articulated, socialized, and operationalized.
