Job Overview:
Pay Range: $31.00hr - $36.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Prior compensation or stock plan administration experience.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLookups.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
- Strong knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the human resource records of an organization's employees.
- Responsible for maintaining personnel documents as well as performing background checks, along with other employee-related activities.
- Act as a point of escalation for questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Instruct staff on how to advise management on organizational policy matters.
- Resolve disputes and administer disciplinary procedures.
- Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
- Represent the organization in HR meetings.
- Provide daily operational and administrative support for all global equity programs.
- Improve tools and processes to deliver and administer stock compensation programs.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of stock compensation policies and process documentation.
- Assist with the management of internal and external vendors including contract management and analysis of performance metrics.
- Identify key performance metrics for stock compensation processes; measure and analyze the effectiveness and delivery of stock compensation programs.
- Prepare accurate and timely stock compensation and tax withholding details to Legal, Corporate Accounting, Payroll, and Corporate Tax.
- Partner with line human resources to support the alignment of country and entity-specific stock compensation programs.
