Pay Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the smooth daily operations of a vibrant ambassador program, ensuring seamless communication and engagement for its members. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating activities, managing resources, and facilitating feedback to enhance the overall community experience. Your work will involve supporting program initiatives, tracking progress, and collaborating with various internal teams to achieve program goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Ambassador engagement through various online activities and outreach.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for program participants.
- Serve as a primary support contact for Ambassadors, routing inquiries and feedback.
- Track program budgets and oversee payment and rewards operations.
- Coordinate event logistics for both virtual and in-person community gatherings.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience in program operations and community engagement.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Understanding of Acrobat Reader
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in managing and supporting active communities, ideally within the software or technology sector.
